Founded in 1986, OE Electrics in Wakefield is an award winning manufacturer of power sockets and USB charging stations which are exported across the globe.
Featuring product ranges such as Pandora, Peak, Phase, Pascal, Panda, Pluto, Planet and many others (can you see where this is going?!), their products can be found in airports, hotels, restaurants, and even ships.
The company moved from four different buildings into its purpose built manufacturing facility in 2017 and now employs over 150 people with offices and partnerships in Dubai, Australia, France, Benelux and China.
On the visit, David Masters will present OE Electrics’ journey from a company employing 8 people to its current day successes, followed by a tour of the factory from design department to its fully automated production line, injection moulding department and CNC equipment.
And there’s more!
If that’s not enough, we will also be treated to a presentation from Michael Mateer of Mocara Ltd. on his phenomenal success in getting through to the buyer in major organisations using Linkedin and Instagram.
This really is one for the diary, so book early as there are only 30 places available.
